class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"import-songs\">Import songs<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Before you can export songs from Rekordbox to USB, Rekordbox needs to have songs imported to begin with.<br>I\u2019ve written tutorial on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deejayplaza.com\/en\/articles\/import-analyze-music-rekordbox\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">how to import songs in Rekordbox<\/a>, check it out if you don\u2019t know how to do this.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"export-songs-to-usb-drive\">Export songs to USB drive<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>There are mainly two ways to get songs from Rekordbox on your USB<br>\u2022 via Synchronisation<br>\u2022 via Exporting<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"synchronization\">Synchronization<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m not a fan of synchronisation, because there were some bugs in older versions of Rekordbox which led to improper synchronisation.<br>This meant missing songs on my DJ gig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead I would advise you to opt for exporting.<br>This does basically the same thing.<br>It looks also for files that already exist on your USB drive and skips the ones that already exist to reduce export time.<br>The difference between synchronisation and exporting is that synchronisation will delete files on your USB drive when you delete them from Rekordbox, exporting does not.<br>How to delete files from your USB drive, see exporting later in this article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To synchronize:<br>\u2022 In the bottom left corner of the screen click <strong>Sync Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure export songs from Rekordbox, which do basically the same thing.<br>You can export a playlist or one or more individual songs.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exportingnbspall-songs-innbspplaylist\">Exporting all songs in playlist<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Exporting all songs in a playlist can be done in on of two ways:<br>\u2022 Click a <strong>playlist<\/strong><br>\u2022 Select on the top of the screen <strong>Playlist<\/strong><br>\u2022 Select <strong>Export playlist<\/strong><br>\u2022 Click <strong>[name of your USB again.<br>Or delete them one by one from the USB drive in Rekordbox<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>select USB drive&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>click on the arrow down next to your USB drive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>select <strong>all tracks,<\/strong>the playlist or search for the song<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>right click on the file<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>click <strong>delete track<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>click <strong>ok<\/strong> when Rekordbox if you are sure if you want to delete the file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
