{"id":3506,"date":"2024-02-28T22:16:30","date_gmt":"2024-02-28T21:16:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deejayplaza.com\/en\/?p=3506"},"modified":"2024-08-19T21:23:26","modified_gmt":"2024-08-19T19:23:26","slug":"communication-with-rekordbox-agent-failed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deejayplaza.com\/en\/articles\/communication-with-rekordbox-agent-failed","title":{"rendered":"Fixed: &#8220;communication with Rekordbox agent failed&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Got the error: <br><strong>&#8220;Communication with rekordboxAgent failed&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a pretty common error with Rekordbox.<br>There are mainly 2 causes for this problem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"slow-computer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slow computer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sometimes a computer doesn&#8217;t respond quickly enough, so it seems that the application has crashed.<br>This happens more frequently with older computers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other problem is in the standby function of Mac and Windows computer.<br>Rekordbox is especially bad at coping with that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Just a simple reboot of your computer should fix the problem.<br>It is literally &#8220;have you tried turning it off and on again&#8221; \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"IT Crowd - Have You Tried Turning It Off And On Again? Start Rekordbox, a new library will be created<br>4.
